On a personal note I can't thank you enough for what you have done for them, without your help and assistance I can't imagine what may have happened giving the dangerous situation the roof was in.

The service you provided was second to none, going above and beyond what I and my parents ever imagined you to do.

Amazing service, extremely reliable, affordable, reassuring, very professional, outstanding work and most of all your customer service was of the highest standard. We can honestly say that we wouldn't hesitate to contact you in the future if a situation arises again which needs your expertise and we will most certainly be recommending you to friends, family and colleagues.

Our building project was skilfully managed by Graeme Davison and thank goodness we employed him . It would in hindsight , have been impossible to undertake ourselves  . Graeme gave us solid support throughout the whole process , guiding us through the planning and building regulation process and suggesting alternative ( and proved to be preferable ) solutions to certain matters at various stages . The tradesmen and material orders were overseen by Graeme and any problems were rectified promptly ; the whole process ran smoothly and we communicated daily.

We are absolutely delighted with the final results and would not hesitate recommending Graeme to anyone planning a building project.

I used Briarmead for my drawings, through to planning application  and project management.
 
I found Graeme to be official, polite and efficient.  The process from start to finish was smooth and without problems.  The build was finished within the time frame given, even with bad weather, the workmen supplied by Graeme were very good and the final outcome was to a high specification.
 
I am very pleased with the final build and all parts of the service provided.  I would highly recommend Briarmead to anyone considering having any plans drawn up or building work done.
